Players

  • RESPECT. Respect is essential to everyone involved (players, referees, coaches, parents)
  • BE ON TIME. (drop off and pick up) Please ensure that you show up on time and ready to play.
  • BE AT GAMES/PRACTICE. When planning, please try to keep all Saturdays during the season free.

Parents

  • RESPECT. Respect is essential to everyone involved (players, referees, coaches, parents)
  • BE ON TIME. (drop off and pick up) Please ensure that your child shows up on time and ready to play.
  • BE AT GAMES. When planning, please try to keep all Saturdays during the season free and communicate when missing a game.
  • PRACTICE. Parents are welcome to watch practice, but not interfere.
  • NO COACHING. Be a parent, not a coach unless asked. No coaching from the sidelines – this includes during practice. Coaching from the sidelines is considered any instruction given such as “get the ball” “block” “go for goal” “shoot”.
  • INJURIES. Injuries happen. We work to prevent injuries. Minor injuries will be treated (cuts, bruises) and parents will be contacted about serious injuries (Medical Release)
  • VOLUNTEER. We encourage ALL parents to volunteer to help the team and/or league.
  • CODE OF CONDUCT. Please read the code of conduct
  • SPECIAL SITUATIONS. Non-parent guardians, child medical info, communications in Spanish, etc? Please reach out.
  • C.A.R.E. – As parents, your job is to encourage and support and not coach, even though it comes from a place of love.
    • CHEER For players on each team. Observe play, applaud and cheer effort, hustle and good play.
    • ACCEPT Imperfection. Players will make errors and officials will miss calls. Growth occurs when players learn from their experiences and improve.
    • RESPECT Opponents, officials and the game. All participants are there to try their best and show what they have been practicing.
    • ENCOURAGE Your player to continue trying. Be positive and try to avoid critiquing your child’s performance during and after the game.
